Job Description:
Enter and process all incoming orders Email, EDI
Timely delivery of customer purchases orders.
Adhere to departmental guidelines and policies.
Accountable for meeting defined standards for quality and productivity for all transactions.
Brings questions on orders to Senior Team Member or Lead.
Handles high volume of orders and is responsible for processing accuracy & efficiency.
Ability to prioritize by managing multiple tasks and deadlines related to client orders.
Knowledge of computer systems, including Database, Operating Systems and Microsoft Office.
Proven quality and accuracy of data entry skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work well with people who possess varying abilities.
Professional decision making and problem solving skills
Demonstrated aptitude for learning about new products and procedures.
Ability to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Willing and open to rotating through the Order Entry cycle.
Ability to work overtime as needed.
