Work on customers technical and product related queries through web ticket.
Meet/Adhere to Contractual Metrics & KRA’s.
Resources performing real-time listening and reactive or pro-active responses.
Adhere to client’s defined processes & procedures and company policies.
Flexible to work any 24/7 shift especially night shift.
Required Skills:
Strong on computer hardware & software knowledge
Very strong on communication especially the writing skills
Should be able to compose large number of emails with 100% accuracy from a process & sentence structure perspective
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
B.Tech or any Graduate with good technical knowledge
Minimum 2 years of experience in a chat/email technical support.
