Job Description :

• Act as the first point of contact for the business area / line managers on day-to-day recruitment activity.
• Work with the Stakeholders and Business HR to understand their recruitment needs; formulate recruitment plans and access job description.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job Portals such as Naukri , Monster , Linkedin , IIM Jobs etc.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates through Database, Job Portals and Social Media (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ability to learn and grasp quickly changing new and emerging technical roadmaps that effect hiring and skill trends needed to supply the business with critical talent.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applicants.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Provide analytical and well documented recruitment mapping.
• Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
