• Customer Agent: Applicants who have completed any Graduate (10+2+3 pattern) and 1+ years experience in Passenger Handling at Airports or equivalent from a recognized Institute for AIR INDIA Recruitment 2018.
• Sr.Ramp Services Agent: Applicants who have completed Diploma (3 years) ITI with NCTVT
  4 years of Experience or equivalent from a recognized Institute for AIR INDIA Recruitment 2018.
• Ramp Services Agent: Applicants who have completed Diploma (3 years) ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) or equivalent from a recognized Institute for AIR INDIA Recruitment 2018.
• Utility Agent-cum-Ramp Driver: Applicants who have completed Minimum SSC (10th Std Pass) and Must possess valid HMV Driving License or equivalent from a recognized Institute for AIR INDIA Recruitment 2018.
• Handyman / Handywomen: Applicants who have completed SSC / 10th Standard Pass and Must be able to read and understand the English Language and Knowledge of Local and Hindi languages or equivalent from a recognized Institute for AIR INDIA Recruitment 2018.
